Certified Circuit Civil Mediator

Harry Malka is certified as a Circuit Court Civil Mediator. In most Circuit Court civil cases, mediation is a mandatory step prior to going to trial. When disputes are brought into the mediation process, a Mediator hears both sides of the dispute and assists the parties in developing a solution that works best for them. While mediation is not guaranteed to settle a dispute prior to trial, it is a collaborative process that allows the parties to determine the outcome of their case, instead of allowing a judge or jury to make the final decision.
